Water treatment equipment is a common water softening equipment in the production process of enterprises, and we may not know how to control it, so I will give you a brief explanation here. When the automatic softening equipment is in operation, there are two commonly used control methods, namely time control and flow control.
One-time control of a single tank: This type of fully automatic water softening equipment needs to set the regeneration time according to the actual water consumption and equipment exchange capacity, and the regeneration process will be automatically started when the regeneration time is reached; the user can set the regeneration process in a period of less water consumption , You can also manually start the regeneration process at any time as needed. The advantages of this type of system are: cheap, because the control method is simple, so the price is lower than the flow type equipment; easy to operate; because the control method is simple, generally only once every 24 hours, this type of system is mainly suitable for low hardness ( Less than 4mmol/l), stable water consumption (fluctuation of water consumption does not exceed 15%), low effluent requirements, and small water consumption.
2. Flow control: This type of automatic softening equipment sets the end of operation according to the equipment's exchange capacity (total water production). When the equipment is running, a dedicated flow meter is used to count the outflow of water. When the total water output reaches the set water volume, the controller automatically starts the regeneration process. Before setting, the total water production volume of each cycle should be calculated according to the total resin loading and raw water hardness, and set according to this value. When the set water volume is reached, it can be regenerated immediately or wait until a set time before regeneration. This kind of water softening equipment is more adaptable to fluctuations in water consumption and water quality, and the control is more accurate and stable. This control method is more suitable for demanding water conditions such as fuel oil, gas-fired boilers, and central air-conditioning.
